New Mexico Recording Artist, Angel Espinoza wins top honors at the New Mexico Hispano Music Awards
Espanola, NM—(January 21, 2007), Angel Espinoza wins top honors at this years 16 th Annual New Mexico Hispano Music Awards. She is the winner of the coveted, Female Vocalist of the Year award with her rendition of Juan Gabriel’s love ballad, “Si Quieres”. This is Angel’s fifth win in the Female Vocalist of the Year category in New Mexico.
Angel’s “Ni Si Quiera Una Mirada”, a song composed by Jorsaci, songwriter to such recording legends as Rocio Durcal was selected as Mariachi Song of the Year. These songs are from Angel’s recently released album “Amor Dolor y Pasion” released under her own label, Takatunda Music.

Angel Espinoza was a featured performer in Ciudad  Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico for a fundraiser for Juan Gabriel's School for children, SEMJASE. Angel performed the same show she did in Las Vegas, NV for Juan Gabriel for his birthday party in Las Vegas, NV on January 7, 2006. The event took place at the SEMJASE school on Sunday, May 28, 2006.

and Performs Song for Presidential Candidate Governor Bill Richardson
 Angel recently wrote and recorded a song called, "The Bill Richardson Song". Angel performed this song throughout the state of New Mexico at the Governor's rallys last fall in the Land of Enchantment. The song is a tribute to many of the Governor's accomplishments throughout his successful political career. It is performed in a country western style of music.
Angel recently performed the song for the Goveror at a Presidential fundraiser in Santa Fe, NM.
